These terms apply to thedeezlist.com and the The Deez List newsletter, run by Novus Properties LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or newsletter.

What we provide

The Deez List is a free, general-interest shopping newsletter for adults. We point out products we think are good deals. It’s information and opinion, not professional, financial, medical, or safety advice. We don’t sell anything ourselves; every purchase happens on the retailer’s site under the retailer’s terms.

Prices and accuracy

Prices, availability, coupons, and Prime-only pricing change often and without notice. Every issue shows when we checked prices. Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon.com at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product. “Typically ~$X” is our estimate of a product’s usual price from public pricing data. We try hard to be accurate but can’t guarantee that any price, description, or image is correct, complete, or current. Always check the retailer’s page before buying.

We aren’t responsible for third-party sites, products, sellers, shipping, returns, warranties, or customer service. Take any problem with an order to the retailer or seller.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime from any email. We may stop sending to any address (for example, one that bounces) or end the newsletter at any time.

Things you send us

If you send us a deal request, tip, or feedback, you let us use it (without your name unless you agree) to run and improve The Deez List. Please don’t send anything confidential.

Our content

The The Deez List name, logo, text, and design belong to us. Feel free to share links to issues. Please don’t copy or republish issues in bulk, scrape the site, or use it for anything unlawful. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranties

The site and newsletter are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Novus Properties LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any purchase you make from a third party, arising from your use of the site or newsletter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or newsletter after a change means you accept it.
